Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales & marketing activities for development of G-engine business;

2. Enlarge G- business market share

3. New OEM development

4. Sales Plan / Forecast and make sure it happens in long run, yearly, monthly & weekly for responsible accounts

5. Customer relationship Management (CRM)

6. VP brand development

7. Coordinate with other department to ensure fulfillment of sales related work

Job Activities:

Weekly activities

1. Responsible for accounts Communication , Supporting & coaching

2. Responsible for weekly forecast and act sales

3. Handling the key customers Sales works

4. Customer Relationship maintenance

Monthly activities

1. Responsible for rolling 12 months forecast to logistic department

2. Internal S&OP meeting

3. Next month action plan

4. Marketing / sales action plan & execution for responsible accounts

5. Marketing / competition analysis

Year-end activities

1. Engine Sales plan for responsible area

2. Assist engine team leader to Draft the sales and marketing policy for responsible area

3. Marketing & sales actions for next year for responsible areas

4. Marketing / sales strategy for responsible areas

5. Pricing Strategy for responsible area

Requirement:

1. University graduate in machinery

2. Work experience at least 5 years

3. Good communications skills across all levels including listing and questioning.

4. Organizational / analytical skills

5. IT knowledge in work, excel, office etc.

6. Bi-lingual in Chinese and English both in listening and writing

7. Rich experience in engine and genset field

8. Good leadership to manage sales tem and dealers

9. Excellent negotiation skill

10. With Strategic thinking, organizational & systematic analysis skills.

11. Willing to work overtime and travel anytime.

12. Working with passion and energy under stress
