Position Overview: The Project Manager provides overall leadership and management of one or more projects from proposal preparation through final acceptance by the client.
Position Responsibilities: Specific duties of this position include assisting in the development of initial sales, client proposals and project estimates. Additionally, the role is responsible for early stage system/equipment selection recommendation, design management, design documents (schematic, design development and construction document) review, contract administration, procurement, scheduling and cost, supervision of project, staff oversight and mentoring, risk management, project safety and quality control, and project close out. This position requires strong knowledge and expertise on electrical / mechanical systems. This position requires the capability of leading a project team to execute a project from its beginning to its completion successfully. Position has direct profit and loss responsibilities for assigned projects.
Qualifications: The position requires a four-year Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree plus a minimum of 10+ years experience on commercial construction, design, finance and management or equivalent combination of training and experience. Must have proven track record on the safe, timely completion of previous projects in the commercial construction industry. Strong skills needed in leading and mentoring others, time management and developing client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must for this position.
Project Locations: Our Project Managers are based off the Shanghai office and may travel to project sites if located outside of Shanghai. A onetime training outside of the country for extended period of time (6-12 months) is required. After completing the training, the Project Manager will be based in the Shanghai office.

工作地点：上海，也会出差去项目所在地办公。会去国外培训一段时间(半年至一年), 培训结束后返回上海工作。
