Due to the continued expansion in China the business is seeking for a sales professional to fulfill a pivotal position as Business Development Manager to be based in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities:
? Execute all the business development activities and action plans in China
? Generate/review proposals and follow up with clients
? Develops strategic solution-oriented sales plans to increase business within targeted clients and partners
? Build up and maintain close relationship with existing and new clients
? Identifies and develops sales strategies to secure new business
? Organize and attend various business-related meetings
? Presentation to potential customers directly
? Liaise and coordinate with Team to step up the BD to more effective ways
Qualifications:
? Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree above
? 3 years experience in a business development role running and managing client relationships and service bids.
? Strong inter-personal skills (motivation, teamwork, and discipline)
? Sales and marketing savvy
? Financial acumen to drive profitability of new business
? Strong contracting and negotiation skills
? Good command over written and spoken Chinese and English
