Responsibilities:

- Responsible for preparing accounting vouchers according to PRC generally accepted accounting principles
- Ensure all records are properly posting into accounting system on a timely base
- Prepare monthly accounting reports in compliance with group requirements and PRC statutory standard
- Maintain the fixed assets registration form
- Responsible for staff travel claims
- Assist in month-end closing
- Assist in annual audit
- Assist in forecast / budget preparation
- Perform ad-hoc accounting project
- 负责日记账，明细账及总账的登记
- 负责月度季度报表
- 维护固定资产登记
- 负责员工出差报销审核
- 协助月底关帐，年度审计以及预算的编制
- 其他上级分配的任务


Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
- Over 5 years solid accounting experience in Multi-national Corporation
- Familiar with PRC GAAP, especially for WFOE
- Experience with new accounting system establishing are preferred
- Good command of oral and written English and operation of MS office
- Honest, diligent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Good communication skill with team spirit
- 大专或本科学历，会计专业
- 至少在外资企业担任会计岗位5年以上
- 精通适合于独资外资企业的中国会计准则
- 有建立新会计系统经验者优先考虑
- 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力，精通微软办公软件
- 诚实，勤勉，工作主动积极，能适应一定压力
- 良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神
