Responsibilities：

1.Draw up annual training plans and work out training budget according to yearly plan of Shanghai branch and carry out.

2.Organize and implement training programs among all levels and staff of the sales team and external partners.

3.Develop courseware regularly aiming at company products and sales courses.

4.Develop and implement various training programs about basic insurance knowledge, products and sales skills among company staff.

5.Plan and play as an outstanding keynote on meetings and activities.

6.Formulate and upgrade training materials of products combining with market changes.

7.Work in coordination with headquarters to plan, implement and follow up training programs related to products marketing.

Providence assistance to sales.

Qualifications：

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.At least 5 years working experience in training programs for life insurance company. Sales or training experience in bank insurance channel is a plus.

3.Work with strong ambition, sense of responsibility and efficiency under high pressure.

4.Proficient with Microsoft Office system.

5.Excellent in writing and oral Chinese skill as well as PPT.
