1. POSITION: Material Planner


2. EDUCATION: Bachelor degree, with major in engineering, international commercial, supply chain management preferred;

3. EXPERIENCE:

? 3-5 years experience in inventory planning and demand planning.
? Knowledge and experience in MRP including Sales and Operations Planning, demand management. Experience in SAP is a plus.
? APICS CPIM certification preferred
? Strong analytical skills using Excel and presentation skills
? Excellent communication skills especially in English.
? Extensive experience of cross-function collabration with oversea affiliate, marketing, sales, finance and other organizations.
? Knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes will be preferred
? Knowledge of import & export regulation/procedure, custom clearance, etc.


4. RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Facilitate the Demand Planning review with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other related functions on monthly basis, and develop the 12-month rolling sales forecast by product (Approved Demand Statement).
? Develop and document the factors and assumptions supporting the company sales plan
? Work with marketing team on forecasts of anticipated demand for new products and/or new markets.
? Work with sales/marketing team to develop the objectives including: inventory levels, backlog/lead time objectives, and planning time fences.
? Work with Overseas affliates or local suppliers to manage the goods arrival schedule. Monitor the shipment status closely to ensure the shipment arrival on time. Report potential supply issues to management.
? Provide support to Operation team to complete the custom clearance. Ensure the product is distributed smoothly.
? Support new product launch, registration renewal for existing products, etc. Ensure the supply is delivered according to the plan.
? Local sourcing on packing material or other material, supplier and order management
