Supply Chain Specialist ( Contractor:1year)


1. REQUIREMENT

? College Diploma
? Experience in supply chain, logistics and purchasing prefered
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good team player, customer -oriented
? Can work under pressure
? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
? Proficient in Microsoft Office app,Word, Excel,Powerpoint etc.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES


? Collect rolling forecast from sales and market teams and do consolidation and analysis
? Create purchase orders in system based on approved inventory buildup or replenishment plan, and follow up order release and shipment schedule with intercompanies and suppliers. Report potential supply issues to management
? Monitor supply and demand and inventory status for new launch product, promotion products, product conversion and phase out products
? Create instrument orders and release those orders per schedule
? Follow up open purchase orders to ensure timely shipment to meet customer demand
? Work closely with the warehouse team to manage short shelf life products and non conformance products
? Run back order, shopping list on weekly basis
? Do goods receiving into the ERP system and do inventory transfer among different warehouses
