With new program of Talkingpool Language & Cultural Exchange Club (www.talkingpool.com) launched this May, Orientrue- Talkingpool is presenting our unique services to cross-cultural communities. Talkingpool pool foreign language learners, toddlers and professional alike, students and grandmas alike, busy managers and carefree housewives alike... Despite of diversity in forms and contents, all such activities are organized in line with efforts of contribution to 1) Growth in Proactive Mind, 2) Accumulation of Knowledge, and 3) Mastery of Communication skill which shall be essential for leadership. Despite of wide range of audience - some for kids and adults alike, some for special ages, some for special groups, some for English speaking, some for bilingual - all such activities are designed taking Resource-based view and following effective accumulation rule in an effort to maximize the output result of club members' consumption of their precious resource - time.

Responsibilities:
- Start from front-line position of following functions: marketing & sales, sourcing % purchasing, or other position designated by GM.
- Draft up documentations according to GM’s requirements
- Undertake and supervise various projects to optimize operation processes
- Support Marketing &Sales activities
- Analyze data and compile reports, prepare presentations
- Other tasks as assigned by the GM
-Provide general secretarial support to general manager or operationi director including answering phones, preparing expense reports, filing, ordering supplies and other administrative duties.
-Act as a liaison with all levels of personnel both inside and outside of the organization
Qualification Requirements:
-University Degree
-Excellent verbal and written ability in English and Chinese Mandarin
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Detailed orientated
-Ability to handle high volume of assignment and work well under pressure
-Professional, mature, dedicated, creative, and honest
-Strong inter-personal skills and logical reasoning capability
