Position Description
· Support General Manager of Orientrue Consulting to form the strategic business decisions through identifying, researching, evaluation of business development opportunities.
· Coordinate short and long-term business development plan for ISS Forum and Talkingpool Club operations. Support General Manager to synchronize business development strategy, convert into implementable business plans and drive execution.
· Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage business opportunities, i.e. sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, mergers, or acquisitions that will contribute to Orientrue’s short and long-term business goals.
· Manage the most complex, large, or difficult market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to Executive Management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
· Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners to promote the organization’s services.
Position Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of business development experience with solid background in Business Administration
· Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas experience is preferred
· Proven ability to manage and motivate people successfully in projects or cross-functional teams, based on influence and convincing skills.
· Excellent presentation skills.

· Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
