TALKINGPOOL is looking for Language Exchange Partners.
REMUNERATION:
Full time: basica salary+allowance+performance bonus+dept./corporate bonus
Part time:
Option1: Receive hourly salary based on mutual agreement
Optioin2: Receive salary case by case on program cooperation base
Option3: Receive free of charge attendance to Club Activity
QUALIFICATION:
- Native English / German / French / Spanish / Italian Speaker
- Available to assist language exchange activity at least 2 hours per week
- Open-minded to respect the diversity of perspectives and unique characteristics of each participants in a multi-cultural club setting
- Enthusiastic
- Expertise and experience in any of the following fields shall be taken as a plus:
Parenting, Business Communications, International Business Management, Human Resource Development, Teaching, Tutoring, Question Master/Emcee
- Special note: Parents with kids are warmly welcome. Talkpool is quite sometimes a place parents and kids play together.

Orientrue is a multidisplinary team operating in diversified fields from management consultancy, human resource development, language and cultural exchange, market consultancy, and supply chain services.
Orientrue management consultancy, based on Integrated Supporting System (ISS)Theory (http://www.orientrue.com/issCN.htm) , is purported to facilitate organizations/projects to enhance team synergy and creativity. Such a purpose can not be fulfilled so long as the information flow can not be suitably managed and people cannot communicate effectively. Quite some cases, you will find a person can not fit in his team well or work efficiently despite of his super expertise in his field simply due to language barriers. It is regretedly admited, language barrier has been career bottleneck of quite some talented people.
To offer a solution to relaxed groups, Orientrue resorts to two programs to facilitate people to crack down the bottleneck:
ISS Workshops: Offered to managerial persons who need improve their communication skills in target working language.
Talkingpool Language & Cultural Exchange Club: Offered to foreign language learners as a platform of language exchange, inter-cultural exchange, and consultancy services. This is a club purported to facilitate people to practice their language skills and acquire communication skills. Slogan of Talkingpool is “Talk Better and Live Happier.”
