语乐园语言文化俱乐部（Talkingpool）客服岗位职责：
1、利用前台接待、电话销售、街头销售等方式销售语言俱乐部项目；
2、为客户提供快速、准确与专业的业务资讯；
3、以电话回访形式调查客户的满意度、搜集客户对俱乐部项目的建议；
4、参加各类俱乐部活动的辅助工作；
5、完成公司部门主管分配的相应工作，并积极主动的跟进工作。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验，有呼叫中心客服人员工作经验者优先；
3、具备较好的沟通及协调能力，富有亲和力，服务意识强，责任心强；
4、普通话标准，声音甜美；
5、英文口语能够进行日常交流。

Such a purpose can not be fulfilled so long as the information flow can not be suitably managed and people cannot communicate effectively.
