职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责网页策划、设计和制作工作，协助进行网站更新及维护;
2、负责网站各类广告和专题的策划和设计工作；
3、负责网站移动平台的UI设计。
岗位要求：
1. 具有较强的艺术审美观，网页整体布局能力和色彩感强，有创新思维，美术及相关专业毕业，有本科以上学历者，从事过平面设计或网页美编工作，具有三年大型网站美编工作经验者优先；
2、对网站需求有较强的理解、领悟力，有较强的用户界面交互设计和分析能力,熟悉用户研究和交互设计方法；
3、能熟练使用Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop , Illustrator制作网页；熟悉div+css2；
4、熟悉W3C标准，兼容IE6~IE8、火狐、苹果等浏览器；
5、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
