Jr. Engagement Managers are one of the key members of project delivery team. They are at their initial stages of managerial career where they are expected to own work-streams and manage the day to day functioning of the team (Associates and Analysts) an. Jr. Managers are groomed on the job to become the future leaders of the organization. In most cases they would have high responsibility and entire visibility across all work streams within an engagement. Jr. Managers specialize in developing and maintaining client relationships (especially with the working level teams), synthesizing analysis with team, formulate recommendations and prepare and lead implementation efforts. They are expected work closely with Engagement Manager or in absence of a Manager directly with the Client Initiative Leader in managing all client expectations from an engagement. Jr. Managers are expected to contribute to firm development by being mentors to junior team members, leading training, logistics functions within the firm and helping develop areas of expertise within the firm.

Qualifications:
？ Total professional experience of 2-5 years(post MBA) at top strategy consulting firms
？ MBAs from Premier Business Schools , with excellent academic records is a must
？ Proven track record of team management, communications and interpersonal skills
？ Love to take ownership , high people skills, excellent analytical mind, and should love to travel and explore the world
