职位描述
主要职责：
1. 负责生产设备日常维护及保养。
2. 跟班工作，解决生产过程中出现的设备故障，确保连续生产。
3. 参与TPM项目，协助工程师实施生产线或设备改造项目。
4. 协助工程师进行新设备的安装调试。
5. 负责维修部门的5S工作。
6. 部门主管安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. 机电一体化或相关专业，大专或以上学历，具备中级或以上维修电工技能。
2. 3年以上装配制造工厂电气设备维修或制造经验，能适用翻班工作。
3. 熟悉电气控制线路，以及各类电控及气控元件的实际应用。
4. 熟悉西门子PLC， 能读懂PLC程序并进行简单的编程。
5. 有较强的责任心，良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实。
