Responsibility:
* Ensure the project success with right engineering methods in the approved budget, within requested time and with pre-specified quality
* Define, evaluate and prepare engineering standard, scope of work, materials and equipment of the projects
* Prepare presentations of the project internally and externally
* Perform leadership and direction within project execution team
* Responsible for budget estimation and cost calculation as well as schedule and risk management for the preparation of appropriate request
* Involve in technical procurement procedures and the evaluation or selection of Suppliers, Design Institute and Contractors
* Monitor the quality control process to meet different requirements
* Overall project design & safety responsibilities
* Make necessary project report
* EPC/EPCM/PMC experience is a must
* Project contract value: For chemical project shall be over USD100 million. For pharmaceutical project shall be over USD50 million

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical Engineering or equivalent, Master or Doctor degree is preferred
* Pharmaceutical and Chemical Background.
* At least 4 years experience on Project Management, related PM experience in Construction Unit within local or international project environment is a strong plus
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Good communication skills in English
* Good organizational and analytical abilities
* Skilled in designing relevant software and related project management tools
* Candidate CV shall include following information:

d. Scope of work - EPC, EPCM or PMC (we prefer the EPC experiences)
