I. Principal Accountabilities

1、Review and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.

2、Depth analysis of the deviations between actual and plan related to, P&L, working capital and cash flow report;

3、Be responsible for draft the local financial report; managing the monthly, optimize the reports and streamline the reporting system

4、Prepare the financial analysis statement, Input and report to headquarter，ensure its quality and accuracy.

5、Prepare rolling KPI figures forecast and undertake gap analysis.

6、Assist FA to arrange the year-end activities。

7、Assist FA to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization

II. Qualification Requirement

1、Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required

2、Minimum of 1 years of financial analysis work experience

3、Strong analytical thinking

4、Good communication skills in English: reading, writing and speaking

5、Good knowledge in MS Office（especially in Excel） as well as accounting software,

6、Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner

7、High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style

8、Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitude

9、Problem solving oriented thinking, strong analogical skills
