DEVELOPMENTS/QUOTATIONS
Analyze the developments/quotations, make sure all is clear. If not go back to SEBO and ask for
clarification.
Conduct a risk assessment on all samples in initial stage.
Suggest alternatives in order to reach best quality. Work together with Senior/Merch on all requests.
Suggest which supplier from a technician’s point of view the request should be sent to.
Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the quality. Check the
fitting/workmanship/grading of the garment. Does it look good, H&M product? Send best samples to
buyer.

SAMPLE CONTROL
Check workmanship, measurements & fitting. Identify problems or potential problems on offer
sample/style sample.
Find solutions to solve problems in order to ensure bulk production. Give options to SEBO.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER PO TEAMS
Strengthen cooperation with QC team and Merch team in order to secure best garments for bulk production.
Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes.

COOPERATION WITHIN PO
Strengthen cooperation with R&D , Merchandiser & GPQ/QC teams in order to secure best garments for bulk productionShare problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn from each other.

COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO
Create a good dialogue with buyers, assistants and patternmakers in SEBO.
Be pro-active. Give suggestions and different options on how to improve our garments.
Initiate PO approvals whenever possible.

COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS
Good knowledge of H&M suppliers technical level (machinery as well as employees skills). Who is good at what!
Create a good working relation with suppliers’ technicians in order to ensure best final product.
Encourage H&M suppliers to become more active in finding good technical solutions.
Educate and support suppliers with the aim of improving H&M s quality.

BACKGROUND
A) Education
Good command of English
Able to use all Microsoft applications
B) Work experience Textile/garment production experience
Preferably experience from similar position in supplier or
representative office

Responsibilities
? Close communication with QAM / QM to organize and lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meeting our requirements re physical, chemical, label, hangers and color standards
? Secure the QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
? Secure the test lead times
? Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment
? Working with QAM / QM to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
Requirements
5 years technical experience in lingerie / ladies underwear
Leadership skills
Strong production knowledge
Pattern making knowledge and experience in sample room would be an advantage
Self-motivated, organized, positive, customer driven, interest in fashion, and quality conscious
Good in both written & spoken English
Strong communicate skill and able to work people with different culture background.
Able to work independently and lead a team
