Job description / Mission
The mission of ACF (Atlascopco Customer Finance) is to offer customer driven financing solutions through Atlas Copco sales channels. We contribute to Atlas Copco sales volume and profit growth by extending the offering to Customers. Meanwhile ACF manages associated risks in the customer financing area.

The key deliverables for the successful person will be the following:

*Implement the processes and procedures of customer finance in China i.e. training/ presents existing credit packages to sales staff; evaluating and give appropriate respond to credit applications from the sales; assure correct structuring of the transactions is implemented; coordinate in collection; in order to have a well functioning business.
*Constantly assist to develop the business by negotiating with the vender partners and/ or banks, improving the collaboration with the sales.

Key performance/ Responsibility:
-Implementation of strategy for customer finance in the region
-Training sales staff
-Target and visit key customers/ distributors
-Preparation of credit application to Credit Committee according to ACF policy
-Quatation , offers and documents preparation
-Keep intranet system/ database updated
-Participate and assist when follow up of the transactions when needed
-Participate and assist in financing product development
-Assist in development of vender/ partner relationship

Experience Requirements

-University degree in Finance/ Business economics/ Basic science (physics, math, etc,)/ Engineering
-At least 2 years of experience in finance environment (bank, financial leasing company, manufacture captive)
-Managing change in a complex / matrix organization
