Mission
With the new Business Area joining the function creates the need for dedicated and specialized trade finance resources. The new Trade Finance function is under Treasury's umbrella, supporting all subsidiaries in China to mitigate the political and commercial risk emanating from the export sales.
You will support Trade Finance Team Leader to mitigate the commercial risk & political risk via contributing to trade finance function through working with internal department & external partner, e.g. handling the L/C & DP documents accordingly.

Job Description
- Follow up Letter of Credit (L/C) workflow in database and maintain closely.
- Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) & D/P documents preparation and presentation.
- Assist to get accurate third party documents from logistics & other party.
- Coordinate trade finance business with production companies & customer centers.
- Be responsible for credit insurance coverage application in system.
- Assist team leader to finish other trade finance business.

Experience requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in contract/order/ shipping handling or trade finance preferred.
Knowledge
- Have basic knowledge on international trade/shipping documents /finance.
- Be able to handle L/C documents independently.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, oral and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills of MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree, majored in international trade, finance or accounting is preferred.

Personality requirements
- Punctual, prudent, well structured, motivated and an excellent communicator.
- A self-disciplined professional with team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn and improve continuously and can work under pressure.
- Customer oriented.
