Job description / Mission
The Atlas Copco SAP Support Organization (SSO) is looking for a SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) Functional Analyst to join the global team and help providing SAP FI/CO support to various Atlas Copco business units. The SSO sourcing strategy is based on a strong partnership with external service providers while retaining the necessary knowledge internally. The internal team will manage and optimize customer service as well as deliver those services that require highest proximity to our internal customers. As a member of the SSO FI/CO Team you will report to the SSO FI/CO team leader.

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:
- 3rd Level Incident and Problem management: resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Change request management: Feasibility study, design, build, testing and documentation
- Monitor and execute month-end closing tasks performed centrally
- Organizational development:
*Maintain key-user community with regular meetings and training sessions
*Support Finance teams to achieve optimal usage of systems and processes
*Collaborate with the external AMS support partners to ensure proper support delivery
*Collaborate with the template organization and development team
*Collaborate with other streams within SSO
- Participation in internal projects, requiring limited travelling domestically and internationally
- Keep internal customer satisfaction at a high level by maintaining close customer relations and safeguarding the right level of quality in support service delivery

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a functional analyst or consultant role, ideally with support experience
- Must have worked with multinational companies with exposure to diverse and multi-cultural environments
- Overall understanding of end-to-end business processes used in manufacturing plant and
sales/service companies.
- very good knowledge of integration points of Sales and Service flow (modules SD and CS) with FI/CO modules.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
University Graduate in economics/commerce/accounting or comparable, proven on-the-job experience
- Functional knowledge of SAP financial and controlling modules namely: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, and controlling modules: controlling-profitability analysis, controlling-cost center accounting.
- Good knowledge of revenue recognition, new general ledger, substitution and derivation logic is a must,
- Knowledge on IFRS is a plus.
- Ability to read and analyse ABAP programs and overall good understanding of the SAP
technical application layer are a big plus.
- Fluent in English and Chinese verbally and written is a must, other languages a plus.
