岗位职责:

1、掌握行业专业知识技能，熟知市场环境，了解市场竞争情况，洞悉行业发展态势；

Maintain knowledge of client's business,competition and latest industry news and trends;

2、与客户沟通及建立关系，从而配合客户要求建议不同的营销方案；

Communicate with clients,provide online marketing solutions as per clients’requirements;

3、跟据与客户确定的活动详情及KPI，为客户提供搜索引擎营销解决方案；

Provide SEM solutions according to campaign content and KPI proposed by clients;

4、检测所有投放渠道广告情况，进行动态性优化；

Checks status of accounts to ensure that the appropriate optimizations are occurring to the client's campaign in line with goals & objectives;

5、除搜索引擎外, 跟据客户的实际需要提供全方位的网络营销策划；

Besides SEM solutions, analyze and interpret marketing data,make promotion proposal and online marketing strategy by digging the demands of clients;

6、管理及培训自己的团队, 提高团队工作效率。

Provides input for team members performance reviews,assists in training other employees on junior staff job duties and processes.

职位要求:

1、4年以上工作经验，2年以上搜索引擎投放管理、网络营销、品牌公司营销公司从业经验；

4+years working experience, 2+year online marketing experience, especially in performance marketing and SEM,holding deep understanding with SEM strategy;

2、本科学历以上；

Bachelor’s degree or above;

3、出众的沟通能力、文案写作能力；

Outstanding written and oral communications skills;

4、数据分析能力；

Strong skills in data analysis;

5、熟悉Baidu和Google后台系统及操作者优先；

Familiar with Baidu and Google system and operations is preferred;

6、英语良好；

Fluency in English;

7、具备一定管理能力；

Certain management organizing faculty;

8、熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。

Familiarly with Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
