3、 对目标市场进行调研，编制市场调研报告，对酒店投资和运营管理进行可行性分析、投资估算、经营业绩预测及财务分析。
4、 负责调研水平的提升，并能有效指导企业内的相关人员协同调研。
5、 负责整合相关调研资源，开拓并推进与相关行业权威调研机构合作。
