PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1, Achievement of quality targets for suppliers and products
2, Problem solving for the supplied ongoing products not compliant with quality standards
3, Supplier development and validation, consistent with the Bonfiglioli Group quality system,
laws, international standards and policies
4, Validate the Component Quality Plan on market & internal processes feedbacks
5, Process audit and production capacity validation
6, Supplier development activities (cost reduction, continuous improvement, opportunities
on process/flows), supporting the Purchasing
7, Validate the “Best Cost” Supply Base at the same level of the current Supply Base
8, Support Plants on low performer suppliers management
9, Quality presidium on risk evaluation in case of cost reduction

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1, College graduated or above, less than 40 years of age
2, At least 3 years of quality management experience at machinery industry. Automotive industry and motor gearbox industry is preferred
3, Be familiar with ISO9001 quality system
4, Familiar with geometric tolerance measurement, casting and forging process, heat treat and surface treatment knowledge
5, Strong problem solving skills and team coordinate skills.
6, Good English communication ability, especially in reading and writing.

1.大专以上学历，40岁以下。
2.3年以上机械制造行业供应商质量工程师工作经验，汽车行业或减速机行业优先考虑。
3.熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系。
4.了解行为公差检测、了解铸件和锻件加工工艺及热处理和表面处理等知识。
5.有较强的问题分析、解决能力和团队合作能力。
6.良好的英文交际能力，尤其在阅读和书写方面。
