Responsibilites 岗位职责：
- Ensure that the product is manufactured in compliance with production plan, production orders, specifications, drawing sets and work plans；确保按照生产计划生产合格的产品；
- Arrange production personnel and equipment capacity efficiently and effectively；有效地安排生产人员和设备能力；
- Meet shift target both in quantity and quality；完成每班产量和质量指标；
- Ensure that each operator works acc. to the operators instructions；确保每位操作员按照作业指导书工作；
- Ensure the documentation of work and inspection operations and peculiarities happens during production；确保生产时记录相关数据；
- Initiate and update of production documents or workplace-related instructions for production personnel；起草和更新生产文件和指示；
- Arrange and organize appropriate training of the operator staff；安排和组织操作员接受合适的培训；
- Provides the documents to the relevant workplaces and removes invalid or irrelevant documents immediately；为相关工作站准备文件并立即收回失效文件；
- Management of the 6S and work discilpine in the shift, control the work and rest time；管理当班6S和工作纪律，控制工作和休息时间；
- Communicate and report to the related engineer and department on time if any urgent issue发生紧急状况时，及时向有关工程师或部门沟通和汇报。


Requirements 要求
- College degree or above, majored in electrical engineering or automation；大专以上学历；机械，自动化或电气专业；
- At least 3 years shop floor management experience；至少三年的 生产现场管理工作经验；
- Knowledge of TS16949, 5S, Lean production, LPA；具有TS16949, 5S, 精益生产和LPA的相关知识。
