Job Description:

- Build a local company culture and value system in accordance with the corporate and division requirements, guide employees' sense of value, improve company employer image;
按照总部相关规定建立相应的企业文化体系，引导员工价值观、维护企业良好形象。

- Build and maintain internal coomunication channels, plan and organize activities to ensure the harmonious employee relationships;
建立和维护公司内部沟通、交流平台，策划或组织相关活动，促进公司与员工之间和谐关系的建立。

- Manage employee disputes, accept employee complaint and labor dispute; Give feedback according to related regulations and laws;
负责处理员工纠纷和争议，受理员工的各类投诉及劳动纠纷；并参照国家法律法规、公司规章给出相应的处理意见；

- Analyze and give consulting service when new or updated government and corporate policyies are made; Assist to make HR related policies and regulations;
针对国家劳动法律法规及集团规定的订立，进行及时的政策分析与咨询工作，协助制定人力资源相关规定；

- Manage employee satisfaction survey, conduct analysis, make a report and follow up action plans;
负责员工满意度调查工作，及改进措施的追踪实施；

- Take part in employee talk and make record for the data source of employee relatonship affairs;
参与各种形式的员工面谈，记录面谈结果，为公司的员工关系提供必要的资料；

- Other tasks assigns by superior.
其他上级分配的职责。

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource, Law or related;
本科以上学历，人力资源，法律法学等相关专业；

- Minimum 5 years HR experience in a multinational organization with at least 3 years ER experience;
5年以上HR领域相关工作经历，3年以上员工关系管理经验；

- Familiar with Chinese Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and related local regulations；
熟悉劳动法，劳动合同法及相关法律法规；

- Good negotiation skills and quick response to handle with different issue;
良好的协调能力，并能够对不同的问题做出迅速的反映及处理；

- Good communication skills with both Oral and Written Chinese and English;
较好的中英文沟通能力。
