Job Responsibilities

• 成本 控制 cost control
  独立负责对应BU的财务分析，预测及预算整个过程。采取必要的措施确保成本的有效控制，并准备成本削减计划。帮助并引导所负责BU的运营负责人运营绩效的完成。
• Independently responsible for one BU of the plant for analyzes, forecast, and budget. Initiate actions to control cost, generate cost reduction plan. Provide the right information to BU responsible pro-actively in order for the BU to achieve its performance.
• 财务分析Monthly Actual result Analyze
  每月对损益表，资产负债表和其他关键绩效指标做月度分析，报告浮动原因，发现流程缺陷，提出出改进措施并跟进改进状况。关键绩效指标包括，销售完成状况，材料价格差异，生产成本差异，物流成本，成本中心费用使用状况，存货，运营资本，人头，报废成本，投资等。
• Analyze the deviation between actual and budget performance in P&L, balance sheet and other KPIs, dig into the reason for deviation, take corrective actions, and follow up implementation. KPI includes sales volume, MPV, manufacturing cost, logistics cost, cost center cost, inventory turnrate, working capital, headcount, scrap, investment, etc.
• 滚动预测Quarterly forecast
  每个季度根据对已发生月份的情况分析，销售发展趋势，各个职能部门的提供的信息，对关键绩效指标当年完成情况进行预测, 完成相应报告。
• Base on analysis of past months, volume trend, as well as input from all relevant departments, make forecast of Profit and loss, balance sheet, and other KPIs.
• 年度预算 Annual Budget
  根据集团要求准备年度预算相关所有报告，并跟踪预算使用状况。
• Prepare annual budget reports for responsible BU, and monitor actual accordingly.
• Costing成本维护
  设立并维护产品标准成本。分析实际成本与标准成本差异。
• Create standard cost, and analyze difference between actual cost and standard cost.

Requirements:

- 逻辑清楚，思维敏捷。Logical thinking.
- 财务相关专业。Financial accounting related major.
- 英语流利。Fluent English. (Daily contact with German Headquarter is necessary)
- 责任感强。Highly responsible.
- 学习能力强。fast learner.
