Major Responsibilities/主要职责

1.根据公司SOP文件以及方针管理生产部门以及与公司其它部门通力协作；

Manage the company Production and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines

2.参与制定公司发展战略，负责保质、保量、按期完成生产任务，实施质量控制、库存控制、在制品控制、原材料消耗控制、能源使用控制、工期控制等；

Set up the company development strategies. Prepare production plan and ensure production plan implemented timely by quality control, WIP control, raw material control, inventory control, energy consumption control and project time control, etc. 3.参与制定提高生产作业能力的项目，包括招聘必要的劳动力和购买设备；

Improve production capacity by recruiting Human Resources and purchasing necessary devices.

4.主持制定、调整年度生产计划及总预算，审核下达月度生产计划，做到均衡生产；

Set and adjust annual production plan and budget. Check and balance monthly production plan.

5.根据Drennan标准，控制生产的产品以符合DRENNAN质量的要求。随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，及时解决生产中出现的问题；对产品质量的最终结果负责，监督、检查生产各工序的产品质量关键控制点是否受控；协助进行质量事故调查和处理；

Control product quality to meet DRENNAN requirements. Work with quality dept to continue improve the product quality tHuman Resourcesough process quality control. Assist with investigation and handling of quality accident.

6.负责标准工作量、工作时间的测量，核定员工编制，指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，随时掌握员工动态和发展趋势；组织生产部门考核，并决定员工奖惩；组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；

Organize production dept performance appraisal. Propose rewards and punishment on team leaders and supervisors and decide rewards and punishment on staff. Supervise and control techniques, quality, equipment, cost and output target in production process.

7.督导对生产设备和厂房的日常检查、保养和维修，指导、参与设备事故应急处理，分析原因，总结改进；审核设备大、中修计划并组织实施，保证设备处于良好状态满足公司生产需要；

Ensure the good maintenance of plant and workshop function and efficiency. Take part in responding on equipment emergency. Check and approve equipment overhaul plan.

8.分析部门技能培训需求，参与制订部门培训计划，为员工培训创造有利条件；加强岗位责任的监督检查和劳动纪律的管理；

Take part in setting up dept. training program based on the demands. Supervise and inspect job responsibility and manage labor discipline.

9.搞好生产调度，合理有序的组织生产，主持召开生产分析会，及时解决生产过程中存在的问题；参加经理办公会、质量分析会、成本分析会及其它重要会议；

Effectively lead the production teams in the workshop; Supervise and operate the daily production activities.

10.负责督导及确保DRENNAN改善项目在生产部门的顺利实施，推进改善方案的落实；参与改善项目的审批和改进活动结果的评价和评比，包括TWI、TPM等。负责生产过程和生产现场6S管理工作，控制产品原材料消耗、物耗、能耗，协调现场生产，改进现场管理。组织、创建学习型团队，配合DRENNAN工程师推行6S、精益生产（LP）、全面生产管理（TPM）、全面质量管理（TQM）和标准化作业（Standard Work）、可视化管理等先进的管理方法或工具，不断更新管理思想和优化管理模式；

Supervise implementation of DRENNAN improvement plan. Examine and approve improvement project and appraise the results. Improve the production process tHuman Resourcesough 6s management, DRENNAN, TWI and TPM, LP, TQM, Standard Work etc.

11.组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广，审核新产品试制过程方案；

Organize experiment and application of new technology, process and equipment; check new product experimental plan.

12.建立并发展生产团队。对于团队成员的表现进行评估，并对其表现负责；

Build and develop Production team. Evaluate the performance of Production team members and be responsible for their performance.

Inventory of Knowledge & Skills Required for Position/任职资格

1.大学机械、液压或相关科系本科毕业（其它条件较优异者可适当放宽）

Bachelor degree in machinery, hydraulics or equivalent

2.5年以上质量管理工作经验；

5 years’ experience in quality management or above.

3.3年以上同等职位管理工作经验；

3years’ experience in management position or above.

4.掌握机械液压专业知识，熟悉相关产品，受过生产作业管理、管理学、产品知识等方面的培训

Knowledge of machinery, hydraulics and related products, Trained for production management, management and products

5.良好的机械物理观念，成本降低手段，存货控制与质量持续改进能力，熟悉机械加工产业的生产状况；熟悉生产现场管理、生产规程及质量控制标准；与熟练操作计算机，有英文基础

Experience in leading production process, controlling cost and supervising production teams; Reasonable English; computer operation skills

6.具有强烈的工作责任感，接受过战略管理、管理能力开发、生产管理及质量管理等方面的培训；优秀的领导才能，团队协作与沟通技巧；掌握生产成本核算和生产过程统计技术和方法
