Summary:
Each Anantara Vacation Club Consultant (Consultant) is responsible for consistent and accurate presentations of the Anantara Vacation Club (AVC) to their guests, to achieve defined targets, while at all times maintaining a professional and personal image in upholding AVC’s standards of integrity, quality and service to both internal and external customers.
Additionally the attainment of an average of five (5) verifiable owner referral leads for each new purchaser either at the point of enrolment or by the 15th day of the month following the application date is also a key component of your role. An additional and rewarding component of your position is to also source your own qualified self-generated (direct) guests while adhering at all times to the site generated guidelines as advised from time to time.
You will be given specific training to familiarize yourself with the intricacies of the AVC’s Points Shared Ownership Product, the content of all legal documentation and the compliance rules and policies to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your career responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Effectively deliver required personal performance targets,
· Present the AVC Points Presentation consistently and accurately,
· Maintain current product information and materials.
· Be an active and punctual participant in all required training and meetings,
· Support the companies marketing strategies,
· Treat all guests whether they purchase or not with the utmost respect and courtesy ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,
· Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and YTD,
· Ensure that at all times you represent the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner, ensuring that the company and its associated brands are not compromised,
· Adhere to the ‘New Owner’ quality assurance and follow up procedures as determined by your direct report,
· Respect and participate with your colleagues to maintain a ‘one team’ ethos,
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
· Achievement of all personal efficiency targets established as part of defined sales goals,
· Attainment of high internal and external customer satisfaction,
· Conduct a professional personalized AVC presentation,
· Maintain high standards of grooming, personal hygiene, dress code and punctuality,
· Perform as an active and positive team member,
Education and/or Experience:
· A minimum of one year’s experience in the Shared Ownership selling profession, and/or two years’ experience in the direct selling profession,
· Tertiary or University education desirable, though not an essential requirement,
