Position Overview:

The Regional Director Marketing in North East Asia Region will oversee the full range of marketing programs to be used to generate the required number of tours from all identified channels; including merchant, Guest Service Relations Active Promotions and Direct Response programs including Direct Mail, EDM, SMS. The Regional Director of Marketing will also coordinate tour production from external suppliers. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the business through their interaction with local business partners, data sources, call centre management, and senior colleagues within AVC.

While this position is open to international applicants, native language fluency in Mandarin (Putonghua) plus fluency in business English are considered mandatory requirements. Other dialects will be considered advantageous.

Job Qualifications

· Understanding of all aspects of the on-site marketing of alternative ownership, club or timeshare resorts, and how to coordinate the activities of multiple marketing programs and campaigns

· Experience negotiating with suppliers and vendors, including promotional locations, collateral suppliers, and joint venture marketing partners.

· Ability to hire, train, manage and motivate a large timeshare marketing team

· History of working productively with sales colleagues to drive business results
