Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of overall financial reporting, forecast & budgeting, taxation, financial consolidation reporting and business performance analysis for the company and its branches.
• Provide timely and quality reports within the deadline set by headoffice.
• Take full responsibilities of the financial management functions in PRC.
• Prepare monthly cash-flow forecast for PRC operations.
• Review & challenge the costs spending to ensure resources are efficiently used and control in place.
• Provide any ad hoc financial analysis for management review.
• Liaise with external auditor for preparation of statutory audit.
• Assist DOF in China accounting team set up and system implementation.
• Handle monthly tax filing and regular filing with government authorities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accountancy with a professional accounting qualification.
• 5-8 years solid experience in finance and accounting in MNC.
• Strong knowledge in PRC accounting and taxation regulations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment.
