Role Description


The Club Services Director is responsible for all Owner servicing activities across the region in which we operate. The person selected to lead this division will have extensive Customer Service leadership experience in a guest facing role – probably Front Office, Guest Services or Reservations – within a luxury, branded hotel management company.


Key responsibilities include: putting in place the systems & processes to manage all Owner servicing activities and the Club’s various Owner Privilege programs, and then ensuring that the team of Managers, Supervisors and Coordinators at our Club Services Centres in Shanghai and Bangkok are recruited and properly trained in line with brand standards.


This position is based in Shanghai, and will require some regional travel. Although this role is open to international candidates, fluent English and Mandarin skills considered mandatory.

Job qualifications

· Customer Service leadership experience in a luxury hospitality environment: Front Office, Guest Services or Reservations for an international five star hotel company

· Developing systems and processes for delivery of a luxury Customer Service experience

· Excellent written and spoken English & Mandarin skills. Other languages would be highly desirable

· Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to coach people and develop a team culture.
