职位描述

Job Title: Supervisor (Operations, Night Shift)
Location: Shanghai, China
Description: The Supervisor,Operations is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office's Service Level Agreement. The supervisor will lead a team that require a comprehensive understanding of trading, positions and cash reconciliation processes with prime brokers and counterparties. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow manage work processes and interact with high profile clients. Must have an in-depth understanding of complex financial instruments.
Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:

1. Responsible for completion and review of daily operational deliverables in line with client/ other Citco Offices service level agreements.

2. Review and sign off daily deliverables to the other Citco offices and clients.

3. Monitor and analyze daily portfolio pricing

4. Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients

5. Updating Security Master File information

6. Review of OTC master agreements and confirmations

7. Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations

8. Processing and verification of Corporate Actions

9. Work with Operations Analyst on any opens issues per client

10. Work with clients/ other Citco Offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues.

11. Verify Security Master set up to ensure proper P&L capture and risk management

12. Assist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancements.

13. Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff.

14. Assist Operations Manager in work-flow processes and implement work flow process improvements.

15. Assist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issues.

岗位描述：

基金运营主管负责根据公司或Citco的其他子公司与客户签署之服务合同的具体要求完成每日客户报告。基金运营主管将领导一个对主要经纪商以及交易对手方的交易、头寸、现金核对的流程有全面了解的团队。一个合格的基金运营主管应遵循管理工作流程，同时要求有较强的客户交流能力。基金运营主管应对复杂的金融工具有深入的了解。

主要工作内容、职责如下：

1. 根据客户及（或）Citco其他子公司服务合同的规范要求，按时、按质完成并审查每日客户报告

2. 审查、签署并交付每日客户报告至其他Citco子公司（及）或客户

3. 检测并分析每日组合定价

4. 与主要经纪商或客户共同处理日常交易过程中的需解决的交易误差

5. 及时更新证券数据库信息

6. 每日审核衍生品（OTC）交易合同

7. 新客户数据库信息转换更新

8. 处理并确认公司行为所引发的基金持仓、现金、数据库信息等变化

9. 指导并帮助基金运营分析员处理客户疑难问题

10. 与Citco其他公司、客户和运营支持部门共同处理需要解决的问题

11. 查验证券数据信息库获取的信息，以确保盈亏报告和风险管理报告结果的准确性。

12. 协助检验内部系统升级的测试结果

13. 协助基金运营经理对下属员工的工作任务分配

14. 协助基金运营经理进行工作流程管理并贯彻执行工作流程改进

15. 帮助部门内其他员工解决日常问题
