RESPONSIBILITY
? Architect professional knowledge, code and regulation application, and standard methods and practice to implement into projects.
? Performs as project lead architect in achieving architectural design work by leading junior architects and team work with all related disciplines.
? Acts as a project lead architect in leading and training junior architects to help raise the capacity of the discipline and meet the requirements of design quality and office practices.
? Project job assignment and supervise to junior team members.
? Developing judgment in handling the variety of non-technical considerations included in project work.

ATTRIBUTES
? Knowledge and Skills
Knowledgeable in the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related architects.
Familiar with Chinese building code, FM requirement, GMP and CGMP related and other pharmaceutical related standards/ requirements that are frequently used for pharmaceutical related building design.
Familiar with, at least, AutoCAD, Office, priority to that is familiar with Revit and BIM.
? Decision Making/ Problem Resolution
Decisions are routine and are governed by established project standards or project instructions. Can be a team leader in finding best solution for any confliction, problems crossing disciplines.
? Direction of Others
Provides guidance to other junior designers, drafters, and architects.
? Planning and Scheduling
Consistently estimates accurate completion time of own assignments and effectively coordinates with project team and across disciplines.
? Communication Skills
Regularly demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with other team members and good attitude toward especially in team work.

REQUIREMENTS:
? About 10-15 years experience in foreign design firm or local design institute.
? Pharmaceutical facilities design background, better familiar with LEAN design
? Architecture educational background.
? Priority to Chinese first grade register architect.
