职位描述：
1.完成对MCU的架构设计，软硬件划分，以及系统设计；
2.完成对硬件产品电路和软件的设计和开发。
技能描述：
1.掌握微控制器ultra-low power架构设计；
2.熟悉微控制器抗干扰，稳定性设计；
3.熟悉8位、16位、32位MCU的硬件系统设计，熟悉MCU设计架构和设计方法；
4.具备较深厚的digital IC开发背景，有基本的模拟电路知识，有数模混合IC设计开发经历尤佳；
5.熟悉逻辑设计，熟悉逻辑综合及时序收敛等数字前端设计方法；
6.有独立开发嵌入式硬件系统的经验。
任职资格：
1、电子工程、自动控制或微电子类本科一年以上MCU项目设计工作经历。
2、多元型人才，同时有一定的软件编程能力和较强的动手能力，能适应与硬件相关的多种工作需求；
3、编写项目文档以及其他相关设计文档，英语水平良好，熟练阅读英文技术文档；
4、逻辑思路清晰、有迅速接受新事物的能力。
