Responsibilities:

Ensure that purchasing practices comply with Division established

policies, procedures and ethical practice.

1.Sales Order Management:

1. Sales Order receipt, production coordination and ensure the goods

shipping timely.

2.Material Planning & Inventory Control:

1. Overall material status control and recovery plan setting if there is any supply chain issue

2. Periodically forecast update and supplier capacity management

3. Support production dept to arrange short term production plan

4. Work with quality dept to follow the goods return procedure

5. Support Material inventory reduction programs including Lean

Mfg.. Kanban and Consignment Inventory.

3. Management & Monthly Metrics follow-up

1. Lead subordinates in group to achieve Dept. Target

2. Monthly performance review with team

3. Continuously improve work flow and procedure

4. OTD, supplier OTD and Inventory report

4. Others

1. Monthly SIOP plan review and set

2. Support I/E clerk for logbook application, follow up the RM import and FG export status

3. Support sourcing dept for the execution of raw material localization plan

Requirements:

1. University degree in supplier chain or related field

2. 5 years experience in material management in multinational

3. Manufacturing company - Good command of English and PC

4. Good communications, negotiation, people management and project

5. Management skills.

Must be a self starter & self motivated.
