Major Responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading the application and integration of key Clinical Project Management processes and tools across clinical teams and/or subsets of clinical teams to deliver clinical milestones on time, on budget, and within scope.

2. Responsible for Developing and maintaining up-to-date clinical plan timelines，driving clinical project meetings or other appropriate forum to prospectively manage upcoming team-related activities, key milestones, and decisions as well as to proactively identify updates to clinical schedule.

3. Supports and coordinates the clinical team for documenting key decisions, actions and key modifications in clinical scope, resources and timeline; ensuring accurate collection and communication of clinical metrics; may ensure when appropriate, the archival of all relevant clinical information at the termination of a project and as appropriate throughout the project.

4. Attends appropriate training programs and project teleconferences as applicable.

5. Budget Management: Responsible for maintaining, tracking, reporting and understanding variances in the integrated project budget by working in close collaboration with functional contributors and finance.

6. Team Management: In partnership with the team leader ensures the team achieves and maintains a sustainable high level of performance; Applies excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct and timely communication and proven ability to foster important relationships with customers and key stakeholders; Applies strong conflict management skills.

7. Accountable for the integrity and accuracy of project information to meet team, management requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in health-related /science discipline or equivalent

2. At least 3 year’s clinical project manager experience

3. Good English skills in writing and reading

4. Experience in management of clinical trial and/or regulatory documents

5. Good interpersonal communication skill
