岗位职责:

1、根据市场、行业及公司规划，协助拟定部门的目标、中长期发展规划和战略；

2、处理部门内日常管理事务，协调本部门与各部门之间的工作关系；

3、部门团队建设与部属专业能力培养，建立高效、积极、团结的网络调查实施队伍。 .

职位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历；

2、网络调查工作经验3年以上，熟悉网络调查流程；

3、熟练的IT知识．熟练操作EXCEL，熟悉VBA，ACCESS,SQL等数据库等

4、有独立带领团队工作经验，管理岗位至少二年；

5、沟通能力佳，保持与关联部门的良好合作 ；

6、性格开朗、责任心强。
