Objective of Job:
1.Technical Assistant of the President
2.Assist the Business Planning Manager to do both strategic and operating planning
3.Assist the Business Planning Manager in or independently take charge of various business planning projects involving different functions
Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
1.Strong analytical skills
Ability to problem-solve and deliver accurate, meaningful and insightful information to executive stakeholders
Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
2.Functionality Skills and Technical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting.
Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
3.Mgt and Leadership Skills
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all functions
Good facilitation and project management skills.
4.Experience and education
MBA required
Auto industry experience preferred
5.Personal Trait
Quick learner
Willing to work under pressure
