Objective of job:
? To cooperate with calibration manager for the project management, complete the project related purchasing, timing, cost and human resource job.
? To work with other department and functions, make sure the communication and cooperation be good.

Experience and education:
? At least 2 years relevant working experience with engine/vehicle, preferred in a Foreign Invested Company;
? Bachelor or above preferred in Engineering

Skills -General Skills:
? English: Good in both speaking and writing
? PC: Good
? Drive: Good, >1 year

-Functionality & Technical Skills:
? Good in communication with different groups
? Follow-up and feedback of the process
? Ability to lead the project independently

Personal traits:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Work hard and can take pressure

Main tasks:
? Work with calibration manager to make the project timing plan and coordinate the whole team to make sure the timing could be realized
? Make the project budget application; draft the purchase request for the capital and service.
? Record the budget spending and finish the payment for the tools and service.
? Monitoring the project expense and report monthly
? Help the team to manage all the documentation work
? Cooperate with other team and contact persons in US to guarantee a good communication in project management
