Main responsibility:

1.People Management&Development
1) Assist manager and supervisor to coach planner on planning concepts&skills in order to make them playing the role better;

2.Capacity Planning
1) Review and analyze capacity base on backlog and demand forecast with planing supervisor together and suggestion to supervisor, coordinate production line resource in order to maxmize capacity utilization;

3.Customer Order Management
1) Execute customer order management procedures and confirm delivery date in std cycle time in order to quick response to customer order;
2) Settle order delivery expediate request and keep smooth communication with demand team and internal/external customers in order to fullfil customer demand timely and quick action to demand change;

4.Production Scheduling
1) Make production planning/schedule and follow production depts implementation,Collect failure on production schedule and take improvement action in order to fullfil customer order timely and quick action to unexpected issues;
2) Raise suggestion to manager/supervisor in order to make continuous process improvement;
3) Keep smooth communication with production depts in order to build up smooth information channel;

5.Material Requirement Planning&Fullfilment
1) make mateiral requirement planning and follow up, quick action on material quality issue&shortage in order to fullfil production requirements;

6.Shipment to Customer
1) Follow delivery process in order to meet customers' request;

7.Inventory Control
1) Execute inventory control process in order to achieve inventory days goals;

8.SAP data and process
1) Check SAP data and keep it updated on order to be in line with real needs



Requirements:

1.College or above;3 years experience in material function;understand planning process; english reading and writing

2. Accountable, customer focus, good communication skills, self motivated
