Position Summary:


Setup and maintain quality system. Monitor quality system operation and report to Quality manager/Supervisor Monthly. Handle customer complaint, and optimize/manage customer complaint process system, control return goods, communicate with oversea division QA Dept for quality issue.



Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to QA Supervisor. Contact with all departments in the company. Contact with the suppliers, customers, and consult the quality evaluation of the company.



Job Responsibility:

· Monitor quality system operation; update quality system procedure/documents as ISO9001, QS9000 standards on time.

· Schedule and implement quality assurance system/process/products both internal audit and external audit. Issue audit reports and ensure the corrective and preventive actions relating to product quality issues are conducted effectively.

· Organize vendor audit annually, submit audit report for management review.

· Organize and train related function employees to use statistics tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP).

· Responsible for customer complaint processing, cost measuring, reporting.

· Communicate with Division, local vendor for quality issue.

· Other tasks assigned by superiors.



Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree with engineering background;

· More than 2 years relevant quality system experience;

· Good command of Chinese and English;

· Familiar with ISO 9001, TS 16949 and other related quality system, qualified auditor license is a plus;

· Good communication skill;
