• To do troubleshooting to circuit boards with good capability and efficiency
• To repair circuit boards with good capability and efficiency
• To make some troubleshooting reports and help training assembly and test operators
• To implement maintenance strictly according to TPM documents for relevant troubleshooting or/and repair devices
• To assist EE with some necessary new product introducing tasks
• To participate in Kaizen events when necessary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years PCB troubleshooting and repairing experience, know relevant IPC standard
• be familiar with common electronic devices'/components' functions and their applications
• College or above degree in electronic field, or equivalent degree. Good experience on schematic review and understanding, can utilize schematic to complete certain troubleshooting tasks
• Good hands-on work capability with SMT parts
• Familiar with common electronic test and measurement instrument applications
• English skill on reading. Oral English is a plus
• Familiar with office softwares
• Can work carefully and earnestly
