Responsibility:

• Responsible for performing daily/ monthly /quarterly /annually company financial statement analysis, operation review and tracking key performance indicators for both manufacture and product line
  
• Perform cost analysis, expense variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and business forecast to improve cost control
  
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, cost and margin to support product strategy and business processes
  
• Drive the annual planning process, and development of L2PD and KPI
  
• Initiate inventory and other KPI analysis and prepare business feasibility studies
  
• New product investment appraisal
  
• Drive working capital metrics, analysis, and RCCM

Qualification:

• A Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance , CPA or other related professional certificate is preferred
• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience under MNC manufacturing environment and product costing
• Strong understanding of the Financial Analysis & forecasting processes is necessary, Knowledge of PRC/USGAAP is essential
• Good analytical skills with strong skills in MS-Excel. Familiar with ERP system. Oracle experience is plus.
• Self motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
• Good team player by maintaining open communication to colleagues from various departments
