Title: Korean Support and Liaison Officer

Working Place: 闵行区华漕镇（staff bus is provided from People square and Zhong Shan Park metro Line 2 ）


This position is required for providing translation service (Chinese/ English into Korean) and liaising with the Korean Community.

Job Description

Translation Services
1. Translating regular and occasional documents into Korean.
2. Including the newsletter, medical letters and curriculum documents, work experience etc
3. Provide translation services for Secondary and Primary parent teacher conferences and coffee morning

Liaison with the Korean Community

1. Monitoring appropriate websites and responding to questions raised.
2. Keeping the school in touch with the mood/concerns of the Korean parent community
3. Responding to telephone requests from Korean parents
4. Contacting Korean parents on behalf of teachers


We are looking for a Korean native speaker (or equivalent ability) with excellent English communication skill. The ideal candidate should have got the experience in administration or customer service field. Experience in an education industry will be a plus.
