职位描述
Admissions Officer （Chinese & Korean ）
location: 闵行区华漕镇 金光路111号
Report to: Head of Admissions
Language requirements: Native Korean & Mandarin speaker with good English skill
Basic duties:
To ensure that BISS adheres to standardized enquiry handling protocol as advised by Nord Anglia Educations (NAE)
To ensure that a high quality of customer care is maintained at all times
To ‘meet and greet’ all visiting parents and pupils and organize school tours
To act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents and to refer these to the Head as appropriate
To produce, maintain and distribute all promotional materials for the school in liaison with NEA
To act as a ‘guardian’ of the school brand and to ensure that all materials produced are consistent with the brand
To oversee and develop the content of the school website, ensuring that it is correct and up-to-date
To develop parent liaison and relationships ensuring that word of mouth comments are positive
To process student applications, including obtaining and storing pupil records
To use the SERCO database system to ensure that all pupil records are up to date
To present the school at local publicity events such as consulate functions, Brits Abroad and BritCham
To build links with local businesses and organizations
To produce monthly marketing reports for NAE
