Summary Description:
Supplier Quality management regarding outdoor facilities for advertising media which produced during mass-production phase in Asia, liaising with the central office in Germany
Responsibilities:
- making sure that the product is manufactured against Str？er specification;
discussing and solving complex problems, such as quality issues with manufacturing contractors, sub-contractors, and customers;
- managing projects using engineering principles and techniques;
- recommending modifications in the light of products using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design;
- considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints;
- working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering specialism;
- execution of audits to optimize and evaluate suppliers, reporting, data management and processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering;
- 3 years above of working experience in the fields of production technology/ and/or quality management;
- Knowledge of steel construction, aluminum/glass processing for the outdoor facilities;
- Ability to think analytically, solution-oriented work methods and ability to work under pressure;
- Confident manner when dealing with suppliers and sub-suppliers;
- Very good language skills (written and spoken Mandarin and English required);
- Willingness to travel and mobility.
