Online Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and creative online marketing specialist to drive the company's efforts in online marketing, e-commerce business and global branding in the business areas of auto aftermarket, car care, environmental technologies, industrial supplies, engineering and industrial services. The position will primarily involve technical web development support and implementation of effective online marketing campaigns to generate placement and sales of our products in various geographical areas: USA, Europe, Asia - and China especially. It is essential that the individual has the ambition and drive to build sales, leads generation and brand recognition while ensuring continuous improvement of these efforts.

Job description:

Support all tasks related to the company's online marketing activities
Support development of company websites, E-commerce, CRM and other system sites
Liaison with in-house designers and external web development providers
Identify innovative web and online marketing tools and service providers
Web maintenance, debugging and content update
Implement SEO and SEM, analytics tools
Implement online marketing campaigns, price promotions and competitions
Distribute content on social media, online directories and other external sites
Initiate and engage in conversations on specialist online forums - community building
Produce and update content such as marketing copy, images, product and pricing data
Maintain and manage the company's as well as external B2B and B2C e-commerce websites
Handle customer service inquiries - act as interface between company's business units
Manage online order and fulfillment process - from order, delivery to payment collection
Handle system integration of online payment and order processes
Develop web marketing metrics for continuous analysis and reporting
Research pricing, competition, content and other projects as when needed

Requirements:
diligent, experimental and proactive attitude
experience from e-commerce business operations
experience in web development
experience in online marketing / SEO / affiliate marketing etc.
strong English language communication skills

KPI - the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate ability in these areas:
build effective online placement for all our company's divisions and products
significantly improve our web ranking and search word visibility
Achieve web ranking in major product categories
building of a social media communities within all our active industry areas
Implement effective campaigns to drive traffic and sales leads generation
development of advanced web platforms with fully working ordering, payment and delivery process
Boost sales on e-commerce platform
Implement effective integration between platform, ERP and related commercial departments
Achieve cost saving through outsourcing of key web marketing and development services
