Position: IT Business Analyst
Industry: Finance

Department: Product Development Department
Report to: Product Manager/Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
？Work with the product development team to have deep understanding of ChinaScope Financial’s product features
？Work with product managers/analysts to convert product features/documents into detailed user requirements documents/specifications
？Create and improve prototypes by communicating closely with stakeholders
？Work with the interactive designers to develop user friendly interfaces
？Assist in data modeling and design
？Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize the functions development list
？Act as a “conduit” to help IT programing/testing engineers understand the logics of the product design and help product managers/analysts understand the IT mechanism behind the function development during the system development life cycle

Requirements:
？Computer science/IT discipline with finance understanding is strongly preferred.
？Familiar with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge
？Familiar with ITIL Framework
？Familiar with Agile development methodology
？Experienced at user requirements documents, use cases, business rules and data modeling
？Experienced at interactive design and prototyping by using Axure or equivalent tools
？Participated in at least 2 SDLCs or 1 more years of IT analyzing experience
？Excellent communication skills
？Proficiency in mandarin
