Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for IT application software and system development project management

Responsible for cost budgeting and time period

Managing and building development team

Establishing and developing the project management processes and project management documentation norms
建立和发展项目管理流程和项目管理文档规范
Solving and coordinating the problem which in the process of project development
解决，协调项目开发过程中遇到的技术和业务问题
Research for new technologies/product and solve practical business needs
研究新技术/产品，并能结合需求解决实际业务需求
Provide professional consultative advice to our customers to help them decide with confidence
提供专业的咨询建议给我们的客户,帮助他们做出决定
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
寻求开拓新业务及新客户的机会
Provide feedback to the Shanghai Office to enhance and improve our product.

Requirements:

More than 3 year work experience for large scale system development management and consulting
3年以上IT项目实施相关经验，有大型金融系统开发的项目管理和咨询经验
Familiar with project/product development, and experience for finance institution
具备深厚的项目/产品开发经验，了解金融机构行业
abilities to improve work process, data management technology or tools
具备良好的工作改进意识、跟进业界数据管理技术、工具的发展
