As a finance professional you will work in a multinational environment with other highly-motivated individuals from around the globe.

Job Description:
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for independently driving financial analysis that will directly influence Ford's business throughout the region. You may work in Marketing & Sales determining future vehicle content or revenue. Or, you may work with global teams to develop financial models for future products coming to the Asia Pacific region. Other opportunities include rotations in finance functions that support operating management, treasury, business strategy or financial planning and analysis. Travel may be required

Education Qualification
1.Master degree in Finance or Business Administration Experience
2.4+ years work experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Audit or other related field
3.Active and Quick Learner with an Inquiring Mind High Degree of Honesty and Integrity Ability to Work Under Tight Deadlines Good Communication/Coordination Skills Results-oriented with a Strong Work Ethic Team Player, with the Ability to Work Cross-Culturally Positive Attitude Demonstrates Initiative and Proactive Approach to Problems
4.Able to Succeed in a Dynamic Work Environment Flexible and able to Manage Change
5.Able to Work Independently
6.Experience with Financial Concepts and Analysis, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment Logical and Critical Thinking Attention to Detail Strong Communication Skills – Written and Verbal Able to Influence Others
7.Excellent PC skills – especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Language
8.Good Written and Spoken English
